Pittcon 2010 $25 Giveaway Official Rules

No purchase, payment or membership of any kind is necessary for Conferees of the 2010 Pittsburgh Conference to enter or win this Giveaway. Drawings for $25 Giveaways will be conducted weekly until February 20, 2010. Restrictions apply. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. All entries must be received by February 20, 2010.

1. TO ENTER: You must be a registered Conferee to the 2010 Pittsburgh Conference to enter. Conferees who make their hotel reservations for the 2010 Annual Pittcon Conference in Orlando, FL, February 28 - March 5, 2010, through PittconHousing.com either on line at www.PittconHousing.com or by calling PittconHousing.com at 1-800-248-7488 are automatically entered for each weekly Giveaway. Conferees may also enter by sending an email to giveaway@tphousing.com that includes their complete name, address, phone number and email address. Giveaways begin on June 28, 2009, and end on February 20, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. ET. All entries become the property of Travel Planners, Inc., DBA PittconHousing.com 381 Park Avenue South, New York, NY 10016 (Sponsor) and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
2. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received. Travel Planners will conduct random drawings weekly until February 20, 2010. Winners will be notified weekly until February 20, 2010. If a prize winning notification letter/fax/email is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing of remaining eligible entries. Winners should visit the Travel Planners booth at 2:30 p.m. March 3, 2010, during the Exposition Floor Mixer to claim the check. If a winner is unable to attend, the check will be mailed to the address provided at time of booking.
3. PRIZES: Twenty six individual prizes consisting of a $25 check made out to the winner will be assigned between June 28, 2009 and February 20, 2010. Winners will need to visit the PittconHousing.com booth at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, during the Pittcon Conference, February 28 - March 5, 2010, and show their Conferee badge to collect their prize. Restrictions apply. Sponsor is not liable for delays, cancellation or unforeseen events relating to the trip.
4. GENERAL: VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. Prizes are non-transferable; no substitutions, exchanges or cash redemptions. Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and a Publicity Release when visiting the PittconHousing.com booth to claim their prize or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. By participating in the $25 Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold the Sponsor, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising, production and promotion agencies from any and all harm, losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the $25 Giveaway. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, and agree that the Giveaway results determined by the judging organization are final in all respects. By accepting prize, winner grants to Sponsor the right to use his/her names, likenesses, hometown and biographical information, for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner releases Sponsor, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising, production and promotion agencies from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participation in this $25 Giveaway, any prize related activities, or the acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable for:
   
   (i) electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, telephone, telecommunications or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind;
   
   (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions;
   
   (iii) any condition cased by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted; or
   
   (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Giveaway at any time if a computer virus, technical error or malfunction, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Giveaway.
5. ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is open to legal U.S. residents, age 18 or older. Employees of PittconHousing.com, or Travel Planners, Inc., or their subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising, production and promotion agencies and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings and spouses of children or siblings) and household members are not eligible.
